Whether you are organising a board meeting, conference, training programme or team away day, we offer an environment that has been designed to bring people together in the best possible way. Whatever your needs – from room hire through to bespoke conference AV support and catering – we can help you. And our pricing is flexible and tailored to individual needs.

We have 22 purpose built meeting rooms for 8 to 120 people for as long as you need to suit any occasion from board meetings, training programmes through to interviews. Each room has natural daylight, AV/IT equipment and many have direct access to our grounds all within a short distance from London Gatwick Airport, rail from London, Sussex and the South Coast via Horsham, Gatwick and Three Bridges and road transport links from the M23 & M25.

The Rob Hudson Suite

The Rob Hudson Suite is an impressive venue for major conferences and larger meetings. Seating up to 110, The Rob Hudson Suite is glass-fronted, spacious and airy with full air-conditioning and stunning views across our grounds and meadows. The room can be divided into two with a sound-proof wall and The Rob Hudson Suite is next to our pods – oval shaped meeting rooms – which are ideal as a breakout room or for smaller meetings.

The Forest Suite

The Forest Suite of rooms are contemporary meeting spaces including a dedicated boardroom with integrated online conferencing and smart screen. Dame Caroline Haslett is a spacious flexible room with double aspect and views across our grounds and meadow. Acacia, Ebony and Banyan are perfect for smaller meetings, coaching sessions and interviews.

Additional rooms and breakout space

Lord Horder and MacBolton are spacious rooms with patio doors leading to our grounds and are ideal for residential events or training programmes. On the first floor are Thomas Ling, Maple and Cedar which provide dedicated meeting space for smaller gatherings. In addition we have a number of smaller rooms perfect for interviews or coaching sessions.

Delegate Packages

There are no hidden extras to worry about. Our delegate packages include unlimited tea and coffee, two course buffet lunch and homemade cakes and biscuits as well as a three-course dinner and overnight stay if you need to stay. Each meeting room is fully equipped with free Wi-Fi, multi-media projector, screen, flipcharts, pens, pads, water and sweets.
