Roffey Park Institute is is open for meetings, events and training onsite at our Venue and Learning location in Horsham, UK.

We have established protocols and ways of working to keep our visitors and our staff safe. Roffey Park continues to operate at a reduced onsite capacity minimising contact with other onsite groups. This forms part of our overall operations plan- read more on that below.

We have operated successfully throughout lockdown, providing an approved base for key workers to continue with essential training. Our robust operational plan, which has evolved throughout the situation, has been successful in keeping all of our clients, visitors and staff safe.

We aim to safely take care of you from arrival to departure.

At Roffey Park venue, we want to put your mind at ease by introducing a flexible approach to bookings. For any new meetings or events confirmed with us, we promise that if they are subsequently unable to go ahead due to COVID-19, we will transfer your booking to a mutually agreeable future date penalty-free. As an added assurance we will make no change to the previously agreed rates.

Our Detailed Operations Plan

We have developed our plan for all events. This will run alongside the zones we have created within the building to provide you with exclusive use of dedicated event facilities. We have also worked on protocols to keep your teams and our staff safe on site from arrival to departure.

Roffey Park venue has operated outside of lockdowns and, as an educational establishment, we’ve been able to operate during some of the less severe lockdown periods, so we have a lot of experience of how to operate safely and dealt with a large number of client queries.
