The world of Clinical Hypnosis and associated therapy is a place I have been so lucky to emerge myself in!

I have worked with many people over the years from the age of 7 to 91 at the moment, to help find solutions to problem behaviours, responses and mind set, both mentally and physically.

Clinical therapy can help create change both within the subconscious and conscious minds, so the things you may believe to be habit or out of your control, need not necessarily be.

Problem solving, creating change and producing results, are a big reward for me personally as I love to work with people adapting to their needs.

Most of my work is within the realm of Anxiety, and this could be from a phobia to not being able to leave your home. Believe me Anxiety can present itself in so many formats, none of them are to be considered inconsequential. Having suffered myself with Anxiety through trauma and life experiences, I decided to major within in, knowing how the brain can change in its’ perceptions and beliefs.

So, if there are any changes you would like to make in how you think and feel, then maybe now is the time to consider Clinical Therapy.

From My Past To Now:

Upon reflection, it became evident from a young age my mind could be determined upon achieving results. At the age of 16 I was competing for the UK in Hurdles and Long Jump, it was my main focus within my life and I loved it. After recurring back pain It came to a big ending in my personal dreams, I had to have a major spinal fusion, I would not be able to compete to the same standard ever again.

Therapy, not being a thing in those days, was not offered to me. I was unsure on what to do, however, I was offered an apprenticeship in Engineering in which I gained many skills. I then went on to a new career in banking and finished my final years as a Bank Manager until I decided to take a year sabbatical where I came upon Hypnotherapy by chance.

In short, my message is that life can lead you to great places where you would never have envisaged in the past and your skills and personal evolution come with you, it’s great to learn a good expectation of life within the trials and tribulations of life situations.
